Terms and Conditions

Custom-made products require production time as indicated in the product details. Occasionally, additional production time may be necessary, but we will make every effort to minimize delays.

For international shipments, customers are responsible for postage and any associated costs, including customs duties, taxes, and destination charges. Once the item has been dispatched from our local post office or courier, SWINGTRENDZ cannot be held liable for any charges incurred. While it is uncommon, if an item is seized by customs officials, SWINGTRENDZ cannot be held responsible.

Once customers receive the purchase order confirmation email, the ordered item will be reserved for a period of 3 days. If payment is not confirmed within this timeframe, SWINGTRENDZ reserves the right to consider the order invalid and may cancel it to protect the interests of other customers.

In the event of any errors in money transfers, such as sending funds to the wrong account or making transactions unrelated to SWINGTRENDZ, the purchased item may be deemed unpaid. Customers are responsible for verifying and rectifying such mistakes.

Any fraudulent attempts, including falsifying transactions or attempting to deceive SWINGTRENDZ regarding payment for purchased items, will be treated as criminal acts. SWINGTRENDZ will take necessary legal actions to safeguard other customers from such behavior.

Items will be dispatched on the next business day, excluding weekends. The delivery time will depend on the chosen shipment method.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient names and addresses to SWINGTRENDZ. If the product is delivered to a wrong destination due to customer-provided information, and it is received and signed for by someone other than the intended recipient, SWINGTRENDZ will not be responsible for refunds, compensation, or replacements unless it is a result of SWINGTRENDZ’s error.

If customers provide the correct address to SWINGTRENDZ but the item is delivered to someone falsely claiming to be the recipient, SWINGTRENDZ will make every effort to track the order. However, SWINGTRENDZ may not provide compensation or send a replacement in such cases.
